Ca c'est bon translated from French means 'it is good' and that is exactly how I feel.  No matter what ‘it’ may be, it truly is good.  I have been a part of some amazing events and am honored to be featured in magazines and publications locally and state wide.  Although sometimes, ‘it’ can give me a sugar high, sleepless night, headache or all of the above, at the end of the day I am having the time of my life!
